Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Lab Building; Tarrytown, NY

New 300,000sf multi-building and site development for Biomed Realty.  The building has a 100,000sf wing and 200,000sf wing with 5 floors of administrative, office and research laboratory space.  The campus was expanded to the north and the new wings centered around a large landscaped courtyard which includes such staff amenities as café, amphitheater and innovation center.  The project also includes a new 600 car parking structure, multiple drop off entries, renovation of existing and organization of delivery and services.
